A pantry inventory app for iPhone

Fresh Pantry is a simple inventory tool for the food you keep at home. You record what you have, how much of it and where it is, then check that list whenever you need it, whether you're standing in the kitchen or in a shop aisle.

What you can keep in your pantry inventory

Each item in Fresh Pantry can hold:

Check what you have before shopping

Search finds an item by name, and filters narrow the inventory by location, category or status. Before a shop, a quick search tells you whether there is still rice in the cupboard or whether you bought tinned tomatoes last week.

Fresh Pantry shows what you have recorded; it doesn't decide when you are running low. Quantities are as accurate as your last update.

Keep inventory and shopping separate

The shopping list is its own list. Your inventory records what you already have; the shopping list holds what you plan to buy. Keeping them apart means a half-written shopping list never muddles the record of what is actually at home.

Track expiration dates without treating them as safety advice

Expiration dates are optional. When you add one, Fresh Pantry shows an expiration status, so you can see which items to use first.

This is an organisational aid. The date shown is the one you entered, not a judgement that food is safe or unsafe. Check the packaging and use your own judgement.

Why iPhone-only keeps it simple

The current release is Free on the App Store, for iPhone with iOS 15.1 or later. Being built for one platform keeps the app small and focused on the inventory itself.
